1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using any BC Cloud service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Services

BC Cloud provides VPS hosting, game server hosting and related services from our Leicester, UK facility. All services are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed.

3. Payment and Billing

All services must be paid in advance. Invoices are issued at the start of each billing period. Failure to pay within 7 days may result in suspension. Prices are shown ex. VAT; UK VAT at 20% is added at checkout.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include hosting malware, conducting DDoS attacks, sending spam, distributing illegal content, and any activity that violates UK law. See our full Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Resource Usage

VPS resources are allocated per plan. Sustained excessive CPU usage impacting other customers may result in a request to upgrade or throttling.

6. Uptime and SLA

We target 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated with at least 24 hours notice. Customers may request account credit for unplanned downtime exceeding our SLA.

7. Data and Backups

While we provide automatic backups on game server plans, you remain responsible for maintaining your own critical data backups. Backup retention is 7 days.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time. We may suspend or terminate services immediately for breach of these terms. No refunds are issued for unused billing periods except under our 72-hour guarantee for first-time customers.

9. Limitation of Liability

BC Cloud's liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service in the preceding 30 days. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
