This AUP governs the use of all BC Cloud services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services that violate this policy without prior notice.
The following are strictly prohibited: hosting or distributing malware; conducting or facilitating DDoS attacks; sending unsolicited bulk email (spam); hosting phishing pages; distributing content that is illegal under UK law; cryptocurrency mining without prior written authorisation; operating botnets; and violating third-party intellectual property rights.
You may not disrupt, degrade, or gain unauthorised access to any system or network. Port scanning or vulnerability scanning of systems you do not own is prohibited.
All content hosted must comply with UK law. Child sexual abuse material, content inciting violence or terrorism, and defamatory content are all prohibited.
Services must not be used in ways that unreasonably impact other customers. Sustained high CPU usage on shared nodes may result in a request to upgrade.
If you become aware of abuse of BC Cloud services, please report it via our Contact page. We investigate all reports promptly.
Violations may result in immediate service suspension without refund, permanent account termination, and reporting to law enforcement.
